At Voltz Toys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels remain attached to the garments to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
